Bryantel Management is made up of former corporate officers from different multinational companies who have experience, complete knowledge and know-how of the local environments in our countries of operation.

Scoring approaches

  • We develop scores from customers’ transactional data, business rules and criteria set.
  • We start with applications scores – this is purely based on what the system, based on the data, says you should qualify for.
  • We then move to behavioral scores which is based on how you behave on the credit product. So we adjust qualification, risks and even pricing at times based on what we see.
  • From this we can proceed further to create different scoring segments that aid the Customer Value Management team to deliver right value through right products to the customers say Airtime, Data or Bundled packages.
  • The scoring can be real time if we use CDRs and other parameters to decision at  each advance request; this gives a dynamic qualification. It can also be static where we score you and run with that qualification for some period say a week or month. The updates to this approach can be manual or automated based on certain rules.
